Soil Remediation

The site, located within the heavy industrial zone of the Kwinana Industrial Area, required careful coordination and planning to ensure minimal disruption to the surrounding facilities, including the nearby BHP Nickel West and CBH grain terminal. Focus Demolition’s experience in working within sensitive industrial environments was key in successfully completing the site clearing and remediation works.

Results

Our team worked diligently to safely remove and dispose of the contaminated materials in accordance with strict environmental regulations and best practices.

By collaborating closely with Lanskey Constructions, consulting town planners TPG, and MODUS Design, Focus Demolition contributed to the comprehensive development approval submission for the project.

Our efficient and safe handling of the site clearing and remediation process played a key role in preparing the site for the construction of the fuel import and distribution terminal.
